Hey Everyone,
Just wanted a little advice from all you lurvely people out there... Had a great week 3.5lb off (SOTW) then, I had the worst craving for chocolate at the start of my new week
Since Tuesday (WI) to date I've had 2x Kit Kat Chunky's, a Double Decker, a Star Bar, 2 Options Hot Choc's and 2x Alpen Light = 72 syns
My question is, if I'm really careful, abstain until next Tuesday and exercise most days, can I still lose because I've stayed with in my weekly syn allowance?
Before you all respond I know what you're going to say, it's not ideal and I shouldn't do this as it's restrictive etc etc but that aside, can I still lose this week?
