Well, I'm afraid to say that yesterday (day 7), I felt so sorry for myself as I had had a cold all weekend that I not only ate, but it was bordering on a binge.

Everyone else seems to be doing so well at the moment, that I feel really annoyed that I gave in to temptation - only making it harder for myself in the future. :(

Anyway, I've climbed back on the wagon today and have drank lots of water and had 2 shakes so far, but I know I've cost myself a couple of days of progress that I can't really afford. Still, all I can do is get back on with things and put it behind me.

I think it will be an early night for me...

Put it behind you hun - you have got back at it that's the important thing and not continued to let things slide:) Don't forget your last shake and have an early night if necessary.

You will get to where you want to be - I know you will and you will look gorgeous:D

Hi Lottie - and well done for getting straight back on the SS wagon after your blip yesterday.

It may be that you won't lose as much as you'd have liked this week, but by sticking to SS'ing for the rest of the week you WILL still lose weight this week :)

What happened yesterday is history now (you can't go back and change that even if you wanted to) - so just move forward one day at a time and keep visualising yourself as a slim bride :D

    Hi Lottie-kins,

I just wanted to say that I'm with you and I think it's kind of an illusion that everyone is doing so well - I think people are inclined to post when things are good, and perhaps don't when things aren't so good. I too went off the diet in the past week, but I had really awful TOTM and felt I needed some substance. But you know I think we have to be kind to ourselves and just say, well it's not the end of the world, let's get back into it and just carry on, we're doing well.

Good luck and best wishes xx

Well done on being honest about it all, and making the right decision about how to deal with it! You are a complete star!! A couple of days progress is nowt compared to the wonderful difference you are going to make to your life hun.

Good luck and keep on keeping on - you CAN do it! :D
