14 weeks ago I wrote the above post and not much has changed well apart from having gained another 2lbs which now makes it 17lbs to lose to get back to where I was at the beginning of the year!
But looking on the bright side I'm a stone lighter than I was this time last year & I finally feel like I'm back in the game.
Good luck for Friday! That's my weigh-in day too, albeit I'm a fair bit further off my target than you! Maintaining is hard, and you've done well to keep even half the weight you lost off, as I almost always regain the lot and more!
Late finish last nite so grabbed a McDonald's on my way home but only had a Mayo chicken & small fries which added up to 545cals so well within my allowance for the day.
