Confused about online HEX B

I am fairly new to slimming world and doing online as no access to a group. On the HE B my drop down list for crispbreads says 2 original ryvita and below it, 4 original ryvita. There appears to be no difference. Can anyone explain what I am missing here? Can I have two or four as my HE?

I know 4 sesame ryvitas is a HEB

If you choose 2 original Ryvita it is a speed choice, 4 original Ryvita is also a heb

Do you mean speed choice as in food that helps you lose weight faster?

That's right. You can have two as a speed option or four for an extra fibre boost. The choice is yours.

Thank you Eternity and PatchworkPuss. Will try and keep to two then whenever I can. Eat masses of veg so no shortage on the fibre front!
