Confused - Danone activia ff yogurts 165g

I am slightly confused, as I bought activia ff yougurts.
I have just syned them using the online syn calculator and they are 4.5 syns?
I thought as they were fat free they would be 0syns

Also I have syned the mug shot sweet & sour are 14.5 snys (but yet I asked at group and was told they are free)?

Could some one please explain

Did you put in the fat free food content, e.g. yogurt for your yogurts?

The mug shot is free on a green day, 10 syns on red though. Are you searching through manufacturer or entering all the values to work out syns? If you click eat and slim>syns online>then type in the manufacturer or seach through them alphabetically then you can find most products without entering their nutrional values.
