Confused newbie!

Hello!

Just signed up with slimming world following the birth of my DD.

Did the programme really successfully many years ago, but the new extra easy plan has me completely confused!

I get the 1/3 super free rule at mealtimes, but what I don't understand is whether free foods (meat/pasta etc) can still be eaten freely as snacks between meals, or whether you can only have superfree foods?

Looking forward to losing lots of weight with you all!

You are supposed to make superfree foods your first choice for snacks as much as possible but that doesn't mean you can't also have the occasional free food.

Congrats on the birth of your DD and well done getting back to SW.

Yes you can still eat as much free food as you like between meals but it is recommended that you make superfree your first choice for snacks whenever possible.
