I seen that it was like 4 syns but i have two slices and couldnt work out what two slices would be? cause the measurements were all different.. I have no butter on them and also while im here how much is philladelphia light for an average spread of it over ryritta? and ryritta's are free right?

thanks guys :)

It's 1 syn per 20 calories so you can work it out from the info on the packet :) If it's a loaf that you have cut a slice from the you would have to weigh the amount you have sliced off to know how many calories/syns it is. If it was a pre-packed slice these are the syns:

Soreen, Malt Loaf, Original Fruity Slices spread with Butter, twin pack, 32g slice
Soreen, Sliced Fruity Malt Loaf, 33g slice 5
Soreen, Fruity Malt Loaf, Original, Low Fat, 33g slice 5
Soreen, Fruity Five, Fruity Malt Loaf, sliced, 32g slice 4

Same with your Philly, it's impossible to guess how much someone else spreads on their Ryvita, it might be half a teaspoon or half a tub, so you need to measure it.

Ryvita are not free no, they are Healthy Extras, you get 4 as a HEXB, or 2 as a SuperSpeedy HEXB. (That's for the plain Original Ryvita crispbread, not the other flavours or the Crackerbreads)

Thanks very much!
5 syns for a slice guessing soreen isnt all that great after all..? dont think its worth that many syns but it was my lunch haha.
