Every one varies as to what they can have.
I suggest start at 15 and cut back only if you don't have a weight loss, or are not losing enough.
That was it gives you room for cutting back when you are at a stand still.
One consultant I had suggested 10 a day to the members but I have always worked on 15, only cutting to 10 or so when I was stuck.

5 - 15 isn't such a huge range once you start using them! One day you could only want 5, the next you want the full 15 - it's entirely up to you and your day! :D
