Confused with extra easy + ready made mixes

I am never going to get my head around this. Had a really bad easter and I'm in such a big downer. I have bought Tescos own mushroom pasta (dried in a pckt) - my book tells me this is free on extra easy but my friend is telling me only the wholemeal version is free?!
Half a pack contains 235 calories and 2.7 satured fat - please tell me this is free?

Please could you also tell me how many syns are in the following on extra easy:

Tescos own sausage casserole mix - half a pack contains 60 calories no satured fat

I'm in class tomorrow (eeeekkk)!!! but want to have tonight if poss.
