about hex b on a green day. Have i done today wrong?

breakfast - 2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana, apple (hex b and some of a)
snack - alpen light, banana, apple - 3 syns
lunch - wholemeal roll with 42g half fat cheese (hex b and a)
dinner - jacket spud with beans, shape yoghurt.

Can i have bread as a hex b on a green day or was i sposed to have meat?!

Im pretty new to it all as well, your milk and cheese HXa and your bread and cereal HXb, so that looks fine to me, but Im not as experienced yet as some of the experts on here. It does take a few weeks to get it round your head, but keep posted you learn an awful lot on here xx

ive been on sw nearly 5 months but ive always done extra easy, just suddenly thought 'oh crap ive done it wrong!' lol

No it's fine - you choose 2 of bread, cereal, meat, cooked fruit & cheese as HEb's on green :D
