Ive told a couple of people im doing this diet and each one has said make sure you adjust your calories through out the weight loss period. This made sense but then i thought well how do i work out what im meant to have? Do i have the amount the guidelines say i should or just stick to SF numbers throughout? Basically what im trying to say is do i have a 600 cal meal throughout plus snacks and shakes. Or will these amounts change? Thanks in advance :)

slim fast is 3,2,1. 3 snacks, 2 shakes and one and meal.
as for your calorie intake you should find out what what your recommended allowence is for your height, weight etc as everyone is different! most people are on a slim fast diet between 1200 to 1600 cals a day depending on how much weight have got to lose.
you should try and keep your 3 snacks healthy and no more than a 100 cals each but if you really need a sweet treat then of course you can as it is a treat. but try stick to fruit and the like!
