Extra Easy confused

On ee do you have to have red and green free food with each meal? I just had jacket pot with beans and salad, I was going to have some tuna but there wad already enough food there.... Was that wrong?

You sound just like me! I'm so used to red and green and I've been struggling to get my head around EE!

I've been looking on this site at peoples menu plans for the day and that really helps me x
