Started slim and save today had 2 shakes so far but no water not had time . The strawberry one was lovely and the summer fruits not as nice . Never been on a forum before so not sure what I,m doin . How's everyone else doin . :)

Try and think of it as part of the diet, and get into a routine of having it.... get a refillable waterbottle for when your on the go, and just build it into your routine. :D For me as a smoker (eugh, i know) every time I want a smoke I get myself a glass... or try too anyway. It wont only help with the weightloss... it also realllly helps prevent constipation, which can be a big issue on VLCDs. And with ketosis breath.


Which bits are you confused with hun?
 
I was the world's biggest water-phobe, but I've built it into my routine. Aside of making me feel better health wise and assisting with the weightloss, I've found that my skin is so much clearer and my eyes are brighter. Get glugging!!!!
