Ok, i've been reading numerous threads and I'm really starting to confuse myself. Whats the difference between SS+ and 810???

I am little dense, and battered after playing a very hard game of rugby last night!
 
About half a pint of milk :)
 
er....ok! So on both your allowed a protein and 3TBS of a grean or white salad/veg??? but on 810 your allowed half a pint of milk??

Is that right....Told you I had a knock on the head. lol x

Think its 170g chicken rather than the 120 or whatever it was on ss+ and 3spoons of greens + half a pint of skimmed milk

The other weights are in the book, sure someone else will know them :)

I think also SS+ is 2 tbsps of veg instead of the 3 tbsps on 810...
 
I think the cals on ss+ add up to 600ish, and on 810 they are obviously 810 cals... so 810 is similar, but more food/cals allowed?
