Must say that this diet is ace but the periods are reality gettin me down now.

Every ten days to two weeks, driving me potty and costing a fortune!!!

Know its just one of those things, anyone found anything help?? I'm gettin evening primrose and Angus castus

I'm hormone free at the moment and would like to stay that way!

It's the release of the hormones that were locked up in your fat - so it's part of the process. Hopefully you'll be through it soon.

Hmm i would be worried about using cup. Been using two towels at a time to manage.

Seems like every ten days is standard now. Very annoying!!

yes - I had to empty the cup regularly as I had a heavy flow. I sometimes used a towel as well just in case. You need a toilet with a hand basin in the toilet.
