You can try psyllium husks. You can find this in health food shops, it's a natural but gentle form of fibre.

Does the CWP fibre work? I lose really slowly and my Consultant said to try the fibre they sell.....but i'm not sure if it's worth the price? x

You can get far cheaper versions in boots. Just ask for soluable fibre.
 
If desperate, use Dulcolax. Works like a charm. I use psyllium husk for everyday fibre intake.
