Has anybody elses c doing this this week? We have been given a sheet of paper with all the speed foods on it and we have to hand it in next week with as many crossed of as we can, it is a great idea as i didnt realise there was so many
I went to a different class this week and the C also mentioned to try to have as many SS or S food as possible. Didn't see any vegetables that are SS, but quite a few fruits. A lady in the group said she had melon (SS) all week and she lost a good amount of weight.
