I've watched a few episodes of Cook yourself thin and the recipe looks healthy, yummy and low fat. Has anyone bought the books and do you know if they are sw friendly? Thanks

I have got the Kitchen Magic one but it is not low fat. It has some lovely recipes in it and she adapted some of them to make them more heathly for the programme. A good book but not really SW friendly :-(

Thanks for sharing your view. I thought Kitchen Magic one is also low fat, but apparently not! May buy the "cook yourself thin" at some point to try out the recipes. The TV series do look good!

If anyone's interested, you can replay on Cook Yourself Thin | Food | Channel4.com

You don't need to buy books thanks to BritmuminCanada's website http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/ It is FANTASTIC and some of the recipes are the best I have ever tasted, I am addicted to the chilli and coriander lamb meatballs. I can't rate this site high enough except to say If she was single I would marry her !!!
