Good evening all, I hope everyone is well. I felt like I've eaten loads today, all on plan but feel really stuffed I enjoyed it though.
B = 2 boiled eggs, fruit salad & satsuma
L = Golden vegetable soup 2 bowls!, boiled egg & apple
S = Persimmon, satsuma
D = hot & spicy chicken (0.5) topped with cheese (hex a), ham, salad & some left over veg
A = scan bran carrot cake (1/2 hex b & 2.5), fruit & yogurt, 3 buttons (couldn't help myself 2).
I've still got my hi fi light bar but I don't think I can eat anything more tonight
Total syns = 5

Hello all, I'm home from work, bathed and almost ready for bed. First day back in work since my holiday and I'm pleased that I'm sticking to plan so far yay!
Anyway food today is EE:-
B = boiled egg, kiwi & satsuma
L = salmon skewer (1) ham & egg salad with vinegar, 1/2 my fruit salad.
S = scan bran cake (1/4 hex b & 1), caramel hi fi light bar, grapes.
D = salmon in chilli & ginger, new potatoes, butternut squash, carrots, broccoli, sprouts, mayo light (1/2), rest of fruit salad & yogurt
S = 1/4 w/m pitta (hex b) with butter smidgen (1) & houmous dip small bit (2), caramel latte (hex a & 1.5)
Total syns = 7
My dinner was gorgeous was a birds eye baked to perfection fish and its free on EE, will definitely have again. xx

Good evening, I'm happy bunny today I lost 0.5lb yay! Also I'm officially the lowest weight I've ever been (or known) as an adult.
Feeling good and motivated this week but I've two meals out. Tuesday = Pizza express & then Wednesday my friends just moved in to her new house & she's doing Christmas party nibbles for tea. How am I going to cope. I've asked her to do me a salad but she's said I can't eat salad as its Xmas!
Do you think it'd be ok if I brought my own or is that just unkind? Xx

Hey well done! What about taking something to share with everyone like a sw quiches, some low syn sausage wrapped in bacon, or your lovely speed soup!

If its nibbles I dont think she would mind if you took something along to help her out. SW food/goodies dont have to look like "diet food" people will never know x

We used to go to hubby's mums for Sunday dinner and I used to eat them before dieting but was never fussed as it wasn't the best roast dinner she does so when I started my journey to lose weight I used to take all my own stuff either cooked or I'd cook it as they eat there roast I got a few funny looks of them the first few times but then they used to just say ohhh here she I'd with her packed lunch haha ;-)
