Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Good afternoon. STS today! One bad meal has hindered my loss this week but I'm grateful to not have gained. My C has given me some SAS Logs to complete to see if I'm ruining myself. Worth a try

I'm also not going to have any scan bran muffins this week for my pudding, maybe just stick to fruit & yogurt?
I think that I'm going to really try and not weigh at home for a week.
Water, need to try to keep drinking more at least 1ltr to 1.5ltr each day.

That's all I can think of think of this week but pease come tell me thoughts and any other suggestions I want to lose weight.
Anyway duty calls I'll pop back on my break xx
 
Hey Cookie, sts is fab for a meal out, you did well hun :). I know you want the scales to head downwards this week, I think doing a log for your C is a great start. Drink plenty of water each day too, I've also lowered my salt intake, works for me, its just an idea. I know your having your lovely graze boxes, some nuts and seeds are high in salt so good to wash it down with plenty of water . Other than that I've always seen you eat plenty of fruit and veg with your meals so I think your doing everything right. The week you did your exercise everyday you had a good loss, revert back to what you did then. Are you still doing that body magic challenge with bcp ? That was really good. I've also started going for 1 hour walk each day, all body magic helps :p . Hope you have a nice day hun .

A STS isn't so bad, I look at your food & it seems brill, I've no suggestions to make!!

I'll take more notice & if I see anything amiss (erm not that likely!) I'll let you know.

STS is good at least it's not a gain. You were on plan for the rest of the week though. You might see a huge difference next week :)
 
Sets the same is good cookie! I know it's difficult but it is ace, keep doing what you are doing you will get there
 
Good evening lovelies :) just a quickie, thank you all for your ideas & comments it really helps & I'm very grateful. This week I'm aiming for 100% week. I've only one meal out on Monday (no pizza) but I'll be good. I'm on lates this weekend so I'm only eating what I bring in to work. Feeling positive again :) xx

Evening Cookie - sorry about the STS hun. Might be a good idea filling the SAS log in, it helps you see exactly what your putting in your mouth. I cant see anything wrong with your meals chick x

Good morning :)

What a beautiful sunshine morning too, well worth waking up for. I had a lovely sleep but still tired and therefore sat on my butt on the sofa admiring the sunshine. I missed my Zumba class too but I'll either go for a walk or do a dvd before work at 1.30pm.

Yesterday's food was Green

Breakfast = boiled egg, clementine
Lunch = jacket potato, cheese (2 x hex a) beans, salad no dressing, melon
Dinner = spicy tomato & veg soup, French fries (4), fruit salad & yogurt.
Snacks = banana, clementine, prunes (hex b) hi fi bars (hex b)

Total syns = 4. I actually really missed my scan bran muffin :(

I'm having another Green day:-
B = Weetabix, milk, banana & strawbs (hex a & b) nice change actually
L = spicy veg & tomato soup with a chopped up lmc red onion sausage & 2 aldi Greek coconut yogurts.
D = veg Tagine, asparagus & couscous
S = fruit, monster stix (hex b) or prunes not sure yet & latte (hex a) & crisps (4)

Still miss my scan bran muffins I might make a batch tomorrow.

Anyway hope your all well I'll pop back later if I can x :)

Hi Cookie, your food looks really good for today. What's the spicy veg & tomato soup like ? Hope work goes quick for you hun :). You seem to be enjoying your green days. How many syns are the muffins ? I remember the pics you took, they looked really yummy !

Good morning :)

How is everyone? I'm still in bed Brett bought me breakfast in bed before he went for a run, he's clearly making sure I'm food optimising this morning, he brought me a banana & clementine :)

Katie there's nothing wrong with being nosy or inquisitive as I like to call it. I'm a Police Officer, I found a picture of me in my nick just before Xmas (hence the Xmas tree mince pie) - hope this doesn't put you off, I know a lot of people don't like cops but I'm a good cop :):) What do you do? In fact what does everyone do? Xx
