Hello, I can't believe how quick time flies before I start work and the minute I'm in work it goes so slow! Unfair isn't it?
Anyway, I was bang on plan yesterday with the addition of two mini eggs (1.5) & 1 chip (0.5) so finished on 6 syns. Still feel bloated though and tummy is definetly sticking out so going to drink more water today if I can.

In work 2-12 again tonight but then Wednesday I have a community event in Chorlton so I'll be working 12-10 tomorrow.

Food wise it's another EE day:-

Breakfast = 2 satsumas & yogurt

Lunch = mums soup (2), berries & fruitopolis (0.5)

Dinner = beef stew & spinach

Afters = scan bran buns (b) & berries

Snacks = satsumas & 2 baby bels (a)

Total = 2.5 Syns so far may go up
Hea = baby bel
Heb = scan bran

Good morning ladies

I hope everyone is well. I'm ok I had some bad news in work yesterday and I got quite upset, I'm not allowed to share it on here yet though but I will do when I can.
I'm in work on a 12-10pm instead of my usual 2-12 as I've a community event in Chorlton, I think it's suppose to include some line dancing but I'll know more once I get there. A nice light hearted day is just what I need.

Food wise I'm sticking to my plan with the addition of 4 prawn crackers last night should take me to around 6.5-7 Syns although I was a bit hungry when I got in, had a sneaky grape as it was gone midnight and too late to eat for me.

Plan is Green:- just for a change

Breakfast = scrambled eggs, bean, tomato, mushrooms, banana & satsuma (see I was hungry)

Lunch = tomato & herb mugshot & salad, cheese (a)

Snack = berries pot, 2x lotus biscuits (4)

Dinner = vegetable soup (2) still mums soup but no meat left!

Afters = hi fi or scan bran buns & melon,

Hea = cheese
Heb = hi fi or scan bran or both as its a green day yay!

Ur food looks good - esp as u were hungry - I like green days when I'm hungry - but don't do them often enough!

Hello I gained 0.5lb at wi today. I'm actually happy with that as I've had a nice weekend away and enjoyed my cream tea treat & a few extra naughties I didn't quite plan for so the gain is deserved.

I really enjoyed group today too, felt really motivated and I've planned my meals out for the week and I mean a full week! Impressive yes, but it hasn't gone to plan as we went out for tea so me where other than we had planned but I reckon it was still within plan so I'm full and happy.

I'm working overtime tomorrow 7-3 as I want to build up some savings for an expensive March, it's mum & dad's anniversary 3/3, Brett's birthday 14/3, Mothers Day 15/3 and my dad's birthday 30/3. I've now cancelled the girls weekend to Brighton 27/3 as we'll be doing something as a family for dad, he'll be 85!

Anyway food is EE:-

Breakfast = fruit & taster buffet (2)

Lunch = scrambled egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato, (s&p) fruitopolis (0.5)

Snack = grapes

Dinner = 1/2 chicken quesadilla (3) then, lamb meatballs (4.5) rice, plantain

Afters = 1/2 slice red velvet cake (6) latte (a)

Hea = milk
Heb = oil - well it used to be a heb and so I'm carrying on with it as I'm full.
Total syns = 16 not bad



Friday's plan is EESP:-

Breakfast = fruit & boiled eggs

Lunch = pea & ham soup (s&p), melon

Snack = fruitopolis (0.5) satsuma

Dinner = wrap pizza topped chicken, veg, cheese & butternut squash chips. (S&p)

Afters = tinned apple & low fat custard (5.5)

Hea = cheese
Heb = bfree wrap / ?
Total Syns = 6

I've not planned my second heb in case I cock up and eat something non speed, but I made the soup without potato so at least one meal each day is a SP meal.

Wow 0.5 on isn't much after all the yummy food you had.

you have got a busy March my step dad will be 85 on 6th March it's amazing isn't it 85, wow.

i think I've done really well lately but you mentioning mothers day really took me by surprise just another event I'll have to deal with!!!

well done on planning for the week ahead that will keep you motivated x

Good evening lovelies

Well I've had a day today! The news that I was upset about on Tuesday has hit the press and is the headline news in MEN paper so now it's out on public, my feelings have changed. My friend and colleague was dismissed from work on Tuesday and I was very upset about it.

No one knew what happened to lead up to this, today however it's in the paper and now I know, I fully understand the outcome.
I love being a bobby but what my former colleague has done isn't what we do.

I don't mean to be cryptic at all but I'd rather not say anything more about it on here. I'm just disappointed in him and feel very sorry for his family.

Ooh I'll have a snoop around diaries and come back more cheery in a bit xx
