Well good evening

I'm home alone as Brett's at the football so enjoying some me time. I'm on a well being course tomorrow so I'll be weighing at 5pm Instead of 10am. This weekend is also my spa break with my big sister Denise, can't wait! Brett says he'll do some painting whilst I'm away for the night. He's decorating the spare room

Anyway I'm in the bath so I'll update food in a bit xx

Food today is Red:- just for a change

Breakfast = soft boiled eggs, banana, satsumas & scan bran bun.

Lunch = chicken salad with mayo (0.5), fruit salad

Snack = latte (a) melon

Dinner = chicken & egg salad with mushrooms and butternut squash, vinegar, Mayo (0.5)

Afters = scan bran bun, fruit & yogurt. Mini flake (4)

Total syns = 6
Hex's = milk & scan bran. Just one of each heb but may make a drink with more milk

Good evening, 2lbs on! I know it's because of MN though and I'm fine with that. Thankfully she's almost left me now which I'm very pleased about as I've got my smear test tomorrow afternoon. Eek!

Ive a few things on this week I need to factor in.

Friday. = girls tea out ~ should be fine
Saturday = spa break includes, cream tea, 3 course dinner & breakfast ~ treat so flexi syn maybe? Is it still allowed?
Sunday. = breakfast at hotel. ~ should be fine poached eggs for me!

Today's food is Green:-

Breakfast = 2 soft boiled eggs & plum

Lunch = fruit salad & latte

Snack = hi fi light & Apple

Dinner = jacket potato, cheese & beans, salad & slice of margarita pizza (7)

Afters = 1/2 fruit scone (6) tsp jam (0.5)

Total syns = 13.5
Hex's = cheese & milk / hi fi lights & ?

I'm stuffed so no more food for me. I'm going to do my meal plan for the week too. In hindsight I should've kept Syns to around 8-10 so I could have a little extra for Saturday but when I saw Brett's pizza I couldn't resist a slice, it was so good xx

Good morning

Just a quick one as off to work shortly, I have been a naughty Cookie this weekend. I've over indulged and I'm on 118 Syns so fat this week and three days to go before wi eek! I can't be cross with myself though as I had a lovely weekend and it would appear that cream teas / afternoon teas are my weakness and joy!

Anyway today I'm on EE:-

Breakfast = LMC red onion sausages & fruit

Lunch = butternut squash soup, yogurt

Snack = latte & hi fi light bar & fruit

Dinner = salmon, mash, vegetables, no gravy as I've no syns left

Afters = fruit & yogurt, hi fi light bar

Total syns = 0
Hex's = milk & hi fi lights.

Hello! Time certainly flies when I'm due in work on late shifts yet goes rather slow once I'm in work grrr!

Anyhow I've made a couple of tweaks to food, I didn't eat my mash potato and turned Monday and Tuesday into Red Days which I've really enjoyed, having the extra hex's make up for having no Syns although I've had 2.5 yesterday = 120.5 eek! I'm feeling good though.

Today is my last late then off for two days and I so need those days off! Having a Green Day:-

Lunch = jacket potato, cheese, beans & salad, few grapes & yogurt

Snack = fruit, latte (a), hi fi bars

Dinner = LMC sausage, spinach & butternut squash

Afters = fruit, yogurt, scan bran buns

Total syns = 0
Hex's = cheese & milk, scan bran & hi fi bars

Hello, my plan are simples! Weigh in, lunch and food plan whilst catching up on TiVo shows, oh and I need to look for a birthday present for Brett. However I'm thinking of taking him away for a weekend break but not sure as I need to check my shifts and his football fixtures but I think I could make it work.

Anyway today I wi and whoopy do I lost 1lb I'm so happy given my high syn week (47 Syns on a 3 scone cream tea! ). 5lbs to go to goal. Really hope I'll do it within my countdown, I've 6 weeks left so on paper it's doable and I'll give it my best.
