I made biscuits from the toffee one earlier, and am afraid to say did not spread like the lemon ones, and even burnt so could not get all the crums of the plate!
Taste fine, but not very biscuit like. I trieds the same with fruit bar a few weeks ago, also went the same way.
I do biscuits with the toffee bar all the time. You just have to keep an eye on them in the microwave and catch them just before they start to turn darker. Enjoy!!
Personally I think they are nicer cooked in the oven rather than the microwave, cut them up, roll into a ball, flatten down onto a teflon sheet if you have one. Put in oven, middle or low shelf, not the top! and keep a close eye on them...
