Hi everyone. Just making it to the end of day 3 and was thinking about cooking some chicken. Are we allowed to use a couple of squirts of fry light??? Thanks for any thoughts. Good luck all x

Hi, I am not sure if you are allowed it but I have used it when cooking my chicken. Someone else may be able to give you a definate yes or no... I would also be interested to know
