You'll start to feel better tomorrow or Thursday. I'm now on week 3 and feeling great.

Best of luck, just make sure you drink lots of water, that definately saves you from getting headachy. I'm on day 12 at the moment, feeling totally great today, but have to be honest and say some days are a real struggle. Thats why I just adore this site, it can give you so much encouragement to stick with it as the results are so wonderful. I know, for me, if I slipped up just once....I wouldnt be able to go back to just drinking shakes every day..."My name is Sharon, I'm a foodaholic!!!!!!!"...... I'm planning to go through to the bitter end and then hopefully, a lifetime of healthy, low fat, low carb eating, with just the occasional treat.

The next few days will be the hardest and then you will be flying. Roll on your weigh in and you will be thrilled!

Well done for taking the step onto the LT train.
The first few days can be hard for some people - i personally havn't had any bad symptoms since day one thankfully! - but your head feeling fuzzy will go, probably by thursday, once your body hits ketosis.

Then its full steam ahead!!

Well done for starting LT and good luck for your first week. Get that out of the way and it's a lot easier. I'm in week 11 now and it is so normal to be having shakes and no food. Good luck, it's all worth it in the end!

hey johnny's girl! I know it seems like 6 wks is ages away now but trust me it'll fly! This is my second time doing LT as I didnt it jan for 3 weeks and then moved onto lighter life - worst mistake ever! so Im startins again, on day 1 at the mo and not feelin great but I know once i get past the first 3 days i'll be fine, last time i lost 1.5 stone in 3 weeks! hope this spurs u on, good luck xx
