well i'm slightly dissapointed at only a 3lb loss this week i was hoping for 5 to get to the 2 stone mark. i am thinking that my lack of water really hasnt helped. never mind it still went down :)

but i have to say how chuffed i am at other things for a few reasons.

Sunday - went to the in-laws for the day. MIL always like to make a bit of a thing about us coming over and ends up doing a feast. she was aware though of what i am doing and bless her is very supportive. i made a point of saying please dont hold back for my sake hahaha and she didnt. massive garden feast looked yum. but i wondered off to the bottom of the garden and sat on the swing with baby....no giving in. :party0049:

Today- my mum phoned and said she need me to tell her what to do as her and dad didnt know. Dad asked my bro and sis to go for pub grub and beer this evening. he really wanted me to go but was worried it wasn't fair but also didnt want to leave me out. so i said i am not missing out i love spending time with my family. when the food came out i took baby to see the horse in the field next door..... no giving in. as we left to come home dad (not an emotional man) gave me a big hug and said i am so proud, i could never have done what you just done. but i really wasn't bothered!!! i am on a roll

I also put some pics up on my facebook and have has loads of compliments on how SLIM my face now looks. (i sont do full length pics lol)

I have one more large hurdle this saturday and I am working at a fun day and family I have not seen for months are over to see my students perform. slightly nervous. but i more nervous that they wont notice my weight loss.

    Hi Kezzerbelle,
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Good for you showing such restraint. No wonder your dad was proud, you should be well proud too. It's lovely when you have such supportive people around you. Your weight loss will indeed be noticed, they couldn't help but. Congrats on this weeks weight loss, you did very well. Best of luck for the coming week.

Well done on your weight loss and I think you are doing briliantly. It is nice that you have the love and support of your family..that realy helps.

You must be feeling so proud of yourself too.

I am sure they will notice your weight loss; be confident and proud of your achievements as you deserve to feel good about yourself.

HOpe you have a great day on Saturday.

    Take care

Well done, you are doing fantastically. I've just noticed - you are sooooooooo close to dropping down a BMI level, I reckon you'll do it for sure next WI! I loved dropping down a level, it was very hard to admit I started morbidly obese but it kept me going and I treated myself for each mini goal I passed. Make sure you give yourself a treat - you deserve it.

    Hi Kezzerbelle

OMG you blow me away...what a lovely lady you are, I would say you support your family as much as they do you! Showing such excellent restraint around family gatherings is..well...saintly :innocent0002:. You inspire me. I am going to Sweden to see family at the end of the month and am dreading the food part of it. I don't want to do refeed as I want to stay with LT as long as poss. However I know with family, food = love and if you say, sorry no , not eating I worry they may feel I'm rejecting them.......mmmmm food ( excuse pun) for thought there. Maybe I'm just eat at times to please people....mmmmm, strange but true.
Anyway, well done chick, keep going and soon you will not be only a 'face' on face book but full length body shot as well ;)
