Core plan?

    Does anybody who uses points plan, find that core gives their weight loss a boost at all? I'm thinking of switching for a week x

    I always did points and was up and down. When i checked it was frighteneing how many of my points were going on 'rubbish'. So changed to core for 2 weeks and yes I had a decent weight loss but it also encouraged me to eat healthily

    So worth a try

    I gained a lb when I did Core for a week... also became obsessed with my meals... never again lol

    living proof that it's horses for courses lol.

    i love core but that's cos i hate weighing and measuring :)

    it's taught me to limit my evening snacking too, which has helped me.
