I always did points and was up and down. When i checked it was frighteneing how many of my points were going on 'rubbish'. So changed to core for 2 weeks and yes I had a decent weight loss but it also encouraged me to eat healthily

So worth a try

living proof that it's horses for courses lol.

i love core but that's cos i hate weighing and measuring :)

it's taught me to limit my evening snacking too, which has helped me.
