Corned beef quiche??

Ermmm think ive gone wrong,
used to be able to eat CBQ free on slimming world, now you cant?
I just checked syns add up online and it says 38 syns :cry:
Please help, is that right, that much for a tin?????

Yeah honey corned beef hasn't been free for ages! along with tins of John West Stewing Steak, Heinz mac and cheese and Campbell's meatballs.

God ive only just made it, im gonna have to throw it out now, ive had a piece, its sooooo lush and was my lunch for tomorrow!!

Don't throw it out - that just a waste. Why not cut it into slices - maybe 6 - you can still have it within your syn allowance. And I think you can freeze SW quiche so you don't need to eat it all straight away.

And don't feel bad - everyone makes mistakes!

Hmmm just checked the syns online says 3.5 syns per 100g
so that would work out at about 10 syns for the whole tin.

when you put it in on the calculator did u choose the free food first. If you didnt then that would up the syns a lot.

The extra lean corned beef is 2 syns for 100 grams.

Thanks girls, cleared that up now...
Least whole thing is about 10 syns,
so had some last night, for dinner today, and will munch the rest tonight.
But think i'll have ago with the pasta one which is free
