Costa coffee skinny latte

Hi all I wonder if you can help me. A small skinny latte at costa is 4.5 syns. I'm wondering as I haven't had my HEA could I use the milk in the latte as my HEA so I can reduce the syn value. If so, does anyone one happen to know how many syns will be left over from the milk as I'm sure it's more than the HEA allowance. I'm still fairly new to SW so learning all the time.

I do this all the time, I get a small soya latte and just HEXA the soya milk Means I don't need to be coffee deprived!
