Costa coffee

Hi all
I'm trying to find out the syn value of a small latte made with soya milk, with a shot of caramel in.
They have the soya latte on the website, but not the calue of the shots.

Sorry the shots arn't in my book. I think - and could be very very wrong - that the shots are about 3syns each. Again I could be wrong so don't take my word on it!

Can't help with Costa, but just for future reference Starbucks do Vanilla and Caramel syrup in sugar free, which has no syns

Just checked and full sugar coffee syrup is 20 cals per 'pump' so that would be 1 syn

Ah, only just seen this. Thanks both. I just put it down on my food diary as skimmed milk and a shot, so over compensated rather than under.
