Costa Hot Chocolate Query

Hiya, a medium hot chocolate made with full fat milk is 16.5 syns but if I was using the milk as my HE A how would I work out the syns? Would I deduct 6 syns from it so it would only be 10.5 syns? Had one this morning but not sure what way to count my daily syns, hopefully one of you know!

Yes you deduct 6 syns so it would be 10.5. For next time ask for a small skinny hit chocolate which is 8 syns take away the 6 and it's only 2 syns, or medium but not sure of syn value on those
