I dont actually believe they "inject" them, as the health & safety implications seem huge. Has anyone tried ringing up Tesco/other supermarkets & asked?
Doing a bit of web research it seems liek the one I am looking at from tescos is injected with salt water to keep it moist . But that wouldn't add syns would it?

Unless I know exactly how the food is being prepared or I'm preparing it myself so I can control it I always count it as syns. I used to eat a rotissary chicken in a day but now I think twice just in case.
