Cottage cheese with chives?

Hi there,

Does anyone know if cottage cheese with chives is okay on SS+? I much prefer it to the plain variety and I like to add a few more sprinkles of herbs and spices in addition. Is this acceptable? Does anyone know if there are any rules/limitations to the herbs and spices we can have on SS+?

I was told fresh chives are ok so I guess if the fat content and all that is the same I don't see why not. I just used to chop a load of fresh ones and mix them into the plain stuff. Yummy.

just check the ingredients as if its just chives its fine but it wouldnt suprise me if they dont add extra flavouring and salt etc .. may be better to buy fresh chives and chop and add them

herbs and spices are fine on SS+ and 810 etc , I love the schwartz mixes , but be careful not to use too much if they contain salt of any lemon

Thanks guys for all your responses - I will check the ingredients next time and if there is other stuff in it I'll add my own chives!
