Cottage Cheese!

I've just realised that the cottage cheese I've been buying is 'low fat' rather than 'Fat Free' so not free on SW and I'm always eating loads of it!

It's the Tesco healthy living one, bit of a rookie error!

Can anyone reccomend where to get a fat free one from? I just like the plain one...

Thanks!

Dont panic, all the tescos low fat cottage cheese is FREE ( healthy living, light choices and Value) only the light choices with pineapple has 1/2 syn per 100g

Oh you made my heart sink when I read your post!
As I too eat lots. Glad someone responds to your post before I chucked out my cottage cheese!!

Ahh phew! Thank you!
I was reading through the book again to see if I could get my head around red & green days as I've been doing extra easy and I saw it said fat free and low fat was syned - like yogurt.

Thanks!

Although the panic's over (phew!) if you can find it, the longley farm virtually fat free cottage cheese is nicer than most full fat cottage cheese- IMHO anyway :)

It's dead expensive though!! I've just discovered that the Asda Smart Price cottage cheese is only 0.6% fat, so that's almost as good as the Longley Farm stuff!

made my heart sink then too!! few! x
