Cottage cheese

Cottage cheese - been out today for lunch with my OH (was very nice by the way, Pershore Worcestershire), and had a jacket pot with cottage cheese. Did not ask what fat level it was and on the sins I can only find low fat and fat free. Is there such a thing as full fat and if so how many sins!!?!!
