I dont have my book on me but really fancy some cottage cheese for lunch and I am sure you are allowed it on the next plan up from ss? (My CDC said that if I really want something on ss then try some chicken but am sure it said cottage cheese as well??)

Is this the low fat variey and how much - was it 100g?

    Thanks!!!

i think you can have 150g and as much as 300g if its 810 and the very low fat variety. I love cottage cheese with pineapple and have gone through loads of it in last few weeks.

    Hi

    SS+ allowances are as follows:-

225g low fat/reduced fat cottage cheese

    810 allowances are:-

250g plain cottage cheese (5% fat)
or 325g reduced fat cottage cheese (less than 2% fat)
