The Tesco light choices one is, but not sure about others. Where do you usually shop?

well tesco and iceland are only local ones for me so thats great bout tesco one

Well, all three Tesco light choices flavours are free (natural, onion & chive, pineapple). Tesco Value and Tesco organic cottage cheese is also free, and if they don't have any of them, 'normal' Tesco cottage cheese is 0.5 syns per 100g (natural and onion & chive, but NOT pineapple).
