Cottage Pie.....help

I had a piece of cottage pie at lunch time today when I was out with my Mum and now I am worried that it will be high in syns!!

I have no idea what the mash was made with and can't imagine the mince would have been extra lean either.

Does anyone know what I should syn it at please?

With all the unknown variables, including serving size, I'd draw a line under today's syns and just start again tomorrow!

Thank you...think I will have to do just that.

I really didn't think to ask how it was made and the funny thing was, I said no to a cooked breakfast as thought that might been too high. I would only have had bacon, egg, mushroom and tomatoes, I even thought about a jacket potatoe...think those would have been a far better option!!

Never mind will remember next time I am out with my Mum for lunch.
