couch potato to 5k running plan

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong place!Has anyone had any experience of the c25k running program?its aimed for newbies starting running,getting them from couch potato to being able to run 5k in 9 weeks? thinking of giving it a go as i ve been on the treadmill lately but thought having a program to follow sounded good motivation! i have managed to run for 3 mins lately alternating with brisk walking but im knackered lol and hate doing it so think i might be pushing myself too hard too quickly.Just thought id see if any other sw peeps had tried it!!! x

Hey chilli there is a thread on here somewhere about it, do a search and it should come up as there's quite a few people giving it a go.
