Couch to 5k.

Hey everyone, this is my last time of starting C25k, my 3rd time actually, I got to W3D2 last time.

Today I jumped out of bed and got straight on my treadmill and did W1D1.

Anyone else doing the program?
 
I've done it twice and got as far as week 6 and then got ill. It was really motivating, I should pick it back up!
 
i did it last year and hated every step of it lol.then found a lump on my breast and had small op and now i associate running with the lump now and no way will i go back to it:(

It's easier to google the plan, it's a running plan over i think 9 weeks which does 'what it says on the tin' gets you from a couch potato to being able to run 5k :)
 
This is my 2nd attempt, I up to wk3 and doing day 2 tomorrow. I find the longer runs quite hard but I am determined to keep going

W1D2 done. I hate the second day of each week for some reason, so naturally I hated today, but it's done, and to be honest it's only half an our out of my day so I don't know why I'm whining.
