Hey everyone, this is my last time of starting C25k, my 3rd time actually, I got to W3D2 last time.

Today I jumped out of bed and got straight on my treadmill and did W1D1.

    Anyone else doing the program?

It's easier to google the plan, it's a running plan over i think 9 weeks which does 'what it says on the tin' gets you from a couch potato to being able to run 5k :)

W1D2 done. I hate the second day of each week for some reason, so naturally I hated today, but it's done, and to be honest it's only half an our out of my day so I don't know why I'm whining.

    C25K Here's the website.

C25K Treadmill Plan This is the plan I'm doing, I copied and pasted it into Word.

Daily Mile I log each run here to keep track.
