are there any atkins friendly cough medicines? my chest hurts I know im going to need some and they are usually sickly sweet.

Unfortunately not... I've been struggling with a cough for a couple of weeks, got some sugar free cough sweets from avidlite which help a bit.

Be interested to know if there is anything we can have!
