Extra Easy Could anyone tell me....

    As I do not understand the logic of this, why if you juice or puree fruit, why does this add a syn values to them?

    I don't understand as wouldn't they still contain the same amount of calories/sugar in them?

    I think it is to do with the fact that when fruit is pureed you can consume far larger quantities without realising

    Because when fruit is juiced or pureed it is easy to consume in large quantities...where in the natural state you will fill up quicker as it takes longer to chew and therefore you do not eat as much as when it is processed...
