Could someone clarify once and for all...

if putting more water than the required 227mls will change the nutritional benefit of the packs.

I put in ice and more water to make a gorgeous shake and drank it in 15 mins but I want to make sure it didn't mess up the nutritional things.

It was SOOO filling as well - I felt like I had eaten a WHOLE meal!

My CDC told me it doesn't, the more water the better!

I don't see how it could, would be the same as you having your shake and then drinking a pint of water straight after. It wouldn't wash away the nutrients so I don't see the problem in it. It's what I do

Try and be really positive and you might find it isn't as hard? Do something else to take your mind of eating, ignore that little voice and drink loads and loads of water
