Could someone just check I'm right

Hi All

It's my first day of doing Extra Easy today (when I first did SW it was only Greens & Reds), so I want to check I'm doing it right.

I just had a mahoosive breakfast (my tummy is ridiculously full right now) of:

Bacon Medallions (ie: all fat trimmed off)
Scrambled Egg made with Skimmed Milk (HEXA)
Tinned Tomatoes
1 Wholemeal Roll (HEXB)
1 tablespoon of Ketchup (2 syns)
And a Choc/Orange Muller Light

Am I right in thinking its just 2 syns for the whole darned lot?

Yes, I weighed my roll and it was 70g, so I allowed 1.5 syns for the bit that was over the allowed 57g... did add it into the syn counter thingy online but forgot to put it here, so good spot :)
