How does lighter life differ to Cambridge???

LighterLife and Cambridge work in the same way - they are both VLCDs. LighterLife comes with weekly group therapy classes (small groups) whereas Cambridge does not. With both you get weighed in front of another person. Cambridge has 3 packs a day and LighterLife has 4. You will lose the same amount no matter what VCD you do. Cambridge is cheaper than LighterLife be ause there is no grouo therapy.
There are lots of other VLCD options too - such as Slim and Save which you buy online. You weigh yourself and so this is the cheapest option. There are others, such as Alizonne, which come with skin and body treatments - and which are more expensive.
Not sure what else you'd like to know. These diets have forums so you can go and have a read of some of the stickies and other posts.
