Hi there

I've been yo-yoing around for years with my weight but really need to take control and finally make the change as my weight is beginning to effect my health and the way I interact with my family. I saw that if you are committed and MITT I am welcome so I pledge - 'I really mean it this time'

I am healthy eating and being sensible as I know where my weak spots are, [alcohol, toddler teas, secret snacking, bored eating at work and portion size] get this in check and start moving and I'm on the way.

Totally inspired by WeMITTS and I'm sure this is the right place for me to be.

I plan to weigh on a Wednesday and will log my process.
