As of today it's 169 days until we leave for Glastonbury festival, last year I was unfit and overweight, I can't do that this year as I was so uncomfortable. So as of 00.01 on New Year's Day I started my campaign to be leaner and meaner so I can enjoy myself so much more. I won't be at target but I can sure as anything put a big dent in it.
I start home training with kettlebells tomorrow, I have done it a little before so I am comfortable with the technique I just have to stick with it
I only work 2 days a week so no excuses and I also combine an hour or so dog walking to go with it.
I am following EE, but will be adding a couple of EE sp in when I have finished my first initial month after rejoining, my consultant Adam prefers we do it this way and I'm paying for his advice so why ignore it lol.
So the countdown is on.......
