Hello everyone
So I've taken the plunge and am committing to losing my extra 3.5 stones once and for all in a healthy, controlled manner.
I joined a local class on Saturday and started yesterday. I've felt really hungry and sick today but have just allowed myself a nice coffee and one choc digestive biscuit and I feel so much better. The consultant said on Saturday that there's always something to eat on this diet - it might not be what you want to eat but there is something that you can eat! I've been reminding myself of this for the last 2 days.
I'm going to Florida at October half term and I really really really don't want to look back at the holiday pics wishing I was slimmer and happier
Seven years ago I lost 3 stone really quickly on the Cambridge and kept it off for a long time but I didn't really learn proper eating habits and inevitably the weight plus a bit more has found it's way back to me.
I am hoping to find help, support and encouragement from like-minded dieters on this page.
