When you calculate your syns do you run a daily total or weekly ? I am going to try this week keeping a tally for the week - so from today I have 105 syns for the week and see how I go with that :)

I always do a daily total rather than weekly but that's just me, otherwise I would end up bingeing, I don't carry unused syns over to the next day either, although if I start really struggling then I may look at this again

I do mine daily as I use a printed food diary to keep myself in check. If I'm having a night out then I try to cut down the SYNs from 15 to 5 for the other days......of course, it doesn't always work out as planned!!

I run a daily total usually, but if I'm doing it weekly then I use an ordinary food diary, and when I get to the end of each day I write the total remaining for the week in the right hand margin next to the day - it helps me keep tabs on it.
