Counting veg?

Hi I'm going to start using mfp. I was on the old ww diet where cals are converted to points. So it's similar but maybe this will be easier as calories are usually on all packaging and doesn't need to be "worked out."

My question is, do you count calories on your veg? If I were
doing the old ww, most veg is free. Thanks. Sarah x

Hi, I have switched from SlimmingWorld to tesco healthy options and I am used to having lots of free veg. Now I am getting used to calorie counting and I am doing really well, I have lost 12 lb in 6 weeks, it would have took me a lot longer on SlimmingWorld cos I had been on it 1 year

No probs. I know, for example, that a portion of Tesco Steam and Serve veg is 90 calories (I have a lot of those!) - whilst that's a nice low amount, I certainly need to count them in, or I could soon find myself going over my calories. :) xx
